Governor Kim Reynolds announced Monday that fitness centers and retail centers will be able to reopen at 50 percent capacity by the end of the school year. At 4 p.m. on Tuesday, the state said it had more than 1,000 fitness center locations available for use by public school students, according to the Iowa Department of Public Instruction.
